• Online community building (I've been engaged in social networking since 1997, so I've been following the trends and utilizing the potential of this new media since the "start.")
  
  
• Web design (I've designed my own and others' web sites for years -- incl. graphic, interface design, database structure, dynamic functions & usability.)
  
  
• Management (As the CEO of my own company, I've been managing programmers, content directors, marketing people, contributors, etc. since 2001.)
  
  
• Online marketing & advertising (I've used just about every form of online marketing available for my own web sites over the years, and I know what a huge difference it can make in driving traffic to a site and business. i.e. Google Adwords, Facebook ads, Twitter, iTunes, YouTube, etc.)
  
  
• Podcast creation (I've been producing both video & audio podcasts since 2005. I was also a photographer for many years, and in these later years have developed a special passion for the film-making and editing process.)
  
  
• People skills (In Denmark, I worked for 17 years with children of all ages and circumstance, as both a Special Educator and as an Art Therapist. I genuinely enjoy working with people.)
  
  
• Vision and initiative (I see myself as a visionary who can both listen and manifest. I take great pleasure in helping others achieve their goals.)
